SAFFLOWER OIL; WHAT IT DOES FOR THE BODY.

Is a family of the sunflower and the oil is also extracted from the seeds.

The combination of health measures that are improved by the safflower oil is associated with metabolic syndrome, a cluster of symptoms that can increase risk for cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
If you check the label of some of your favorite foods, you may find safflower oil in the list of ingredients. It's a commonly used vegetable oil in tasty treats including desserts, breads and salad dressings. But you might be surprised to learn that safflower oil can also be found in some of the products you use on your body.

In skin care products, safflower oil is used as a lubricant with occlusive properties, meaning that it acts as a protective barrier to prevent water from leaving your skin. It works with your skin to soften dryness, smooth roughness and soothe some skin problems. You might find it in products such as moisturizers, conditioners and facial cleansers.

Safflower seed is a kind of vegetable oil extracted from safflower. There are about 20 seeds per flower of the safflower plant. Safflower oil is available in two types, one that is rich in oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acid), and the other is linoleic acid (PUFA). Needless to say, acid, linoleic acid, the variety must go if you want to target to reduce belly fat. Safflower oil also contains many other nutrients such as Omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, phytosterols, etc.

Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are extremely effective in reducing LDL (bad), and levels of glucose in the blood. Safflower oil also reduces the risk of heart disease by the presence of polyunsaturated fatty acids. In addition, regular consumption of safflower oil adds shine to your hair and makes your skin healthy.

As safflower oil reduce abdominal fat
Safflower oil is known to increase the body’s metabolism, so that the accumulation of fat in the body. Safflower oil replaced the production of a hormone called adiponectin, which supports the removal of fatty acids. In the presence of safflower oil, production of adiponectin increases to 20%, as usual. Therefore, the process of burning fat, the final climb to weight loss. Safflower can reduce abdominal fat without changes in diet or exercise of a person. It also increases muscle mass that makes the body leaner and stronger.

HOW MANY MEALS TO EAT PER DAY AND WHY IT'S IMPORTANT.

Eating more frequent, smaller meals will help the body process the foods better. It will also boost the metabolism and energy expenditure. It helps to regulate blood sugar, which influences insulin production, and reduces the chances of the calories being shuffled to fat stores.
A dieter who is normally eating 3000 calories over three meals is taking in 1000 calories per sitting. That is a lot for the body to process and use at one time. If the energy expenditure at the time of processing only reaches 500 calories the excess 500 calories of energy will be stored in fat stores for future use. Breaking those 3000 calories into six smaller meals will result in a 500 calorie meal instead. The body will have an easier time processing this amount of food.
Whenever we eat we burn calories. Energy is needed to prepare, chew, swallow, digest, and process the food. How many calories depends on a number of variables, including type of food, preparation method, food combinations, etc. Those variables aside, it is easy to see that eating more frequently will result in more of the calories being used to simply digest the food. If, hypothetically, 120 calories were used in the process of eating and digesting the food, then the three meal per day person would have a total calorie balance after consumption of 2640 (3000 calories total - (120 calories per meal used x 3 meals)= 3000-360.) The six meal per day dieter would have a total calorie balance after consumption of 2280 (3000 calories total - (120 calories per meal used x 6 meals)= 3000-720.) That is a difference of 360 calories a day just by eating more frequently.
Blood sugar control is another essential factor, as well. By eating every two to three hours the body will have a constant supply of energy and will not need to release stored glucose, causing a spike in insulin. Insulin shuffles excess blood glucose into the fat stores after energy needs are met.
Eat four to six small meals per day, spaced out throughout the day, to keep energy levels up, boost metabolism, regulate blood sugar and enhance weight loss.

How To Stay Fit At Home Exercising.

Listed and pictured below is hand held excercise equipment, what part of the body their used for, and how to perform them.

                                    Rollout

Kneel on floor behind ball. Place forearms on top of ball, hands clasped, to start. Contract abs and roll ball forward as far as possible without bending back or hunching shoulders (as shown). Hold for 2 counts, then return to start for 1 rep. Do 2 sets of 15 reps. works abs, arms, back

                                                                Foam Roller
Choose it Foam tubes come in 12-inch and 3-foot sizes and are generally used for rolling out tight, achy muscles, especially in the quads, hamstrings and calves. The fancy name for the technique is self-myofascial release—it's basically a sports massage minus the masseuse. Use it The roller also has your back: Lying on it during the Treasure Chest releases tension in the muscles around your spine and forces you to balance, for firmer abs.

                                                 Medicine Ball

Choose it A soft, weighted medicine ball is as versatile as dumbbells but easier to hang on to, especially during dynamic moves that require twisting, swinging or throwing. (Ever try hurling a dumbbell? Don't!) The balls range in size from 2 to 30 pounds. Start with a 4-pounder; if you can fly through 12 reps unfazed, increase by 2-pound increments until you feel fatigued by the final rep,  Use it The power-packed Suitcase Crunch does double duty, sculpting jiggle-free arms while taming your tummy.

                                              Suitcase Crunch
Lie faceup with legs straight, arms extended behind head; hold ball with both hands above floor. Bring left knee toward chest as you lift upper back off floor and bring ball to left foot (as shown). Return to start. Repeat on opposite side for 1 rep. Do 2 sets of 12 reps. Works abs, shoulders, and butt.

WHY IS SUGAR UNHEALTHY FOR THE BODY?

Sugar has become a staple in our modern diet, but why is sugar bad for your health? Many foods we eat on a regular basis are loaded with sugar. Sometimes you can’t even taste the sugar but it’s still in there. As delicious as sugar-laden foods may taste, the truth is sugar is just bad for your health, especially when you start to overindulge in it.
Sugar is a sticky substance and if left in the bloodstream (instead of being burned as energy) the particles will start to stick to the cells. The result is that if you are consuming a lot of sugar each day, you will get more wrinkles, will experience a lack of mobility in the joints, dry brittle nails and hair and a range of other health problems.

Reduce the amount of sugar you eat and you will soon notice a positive change in the way your skin looks. The reason for this is that refined carbohydrates such as white bread and other white flour products, are high in sugar and will cause an inflammation of the skin. This in turn creates high levels of free radicals which attack the collagen that keeps the skin stay firm. Without enough of this collagen, you will start to notice wrinkles.
Not only are free radicals bad news for your skin they are also deadly for the body, which is another reason why sugar is bad for your health. Free radicals can cause a lot of damage in healthy cells and lead to many illnesses of the body.

Sugary foods can also compromise your immune system. Research has shown that white blood cells are less efficient at fighting illness when exposed to sugar. A diet high in sugar will also raise your insulin levels quickly which can lead to many other health problems. You’ll also lack energy as a result of these sugar spikes and the drop in blood sugar that follows.

It’s no secret that obesity and weight-related illnesses are on the rise in many countries and this is directly attributed to our diets and lifestyle. Our bodies simply aren’t able to cope with such high sugar levels and this is why illnesses like diabetes are at an all time high. Cutting the excess sugar out of your diet is one of the best things you can do for your body.

It’s not easy especially the first few weeks when you will still experience some sort of craving for sugar, but you can try to substitute with fresh fruit which has a natural form of sugar and eventually your cravings will pass and you’ll start to feel and look great.
